Hello, I’m Rachel…

Licensed Advanced Esthetician, esti behind For The Esthetic, and co owner of The Collective!  With 10 years invested in the beauty industry, I am well versed in all things lash extensions and have specialized in volume/mega volume lash extensions, PMU brows, and education. 

Building brands and creating beautiful work is my passion - whether it’s designing salon spaces, mentoring a new artist, or developing a service that helps someone feel confident.

I’m currently stepping into a new season of mentorship, where I get to pour into others and help them grow both personally and professionally.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside day dreaming, spending time with my husband , our two little dogs and our new baby boy.
